1.【分析 | 加密貨幣錢包用戶數量多年以來持續上升】

據Bitcoin.com報道，市場和消費者數據提供商Statista發布的一項研究編制了爲期三年的季度數據。數據顯示，全球區塊鏈錢包用戶數量已從2016年第一季度不足670萬躍升至2019年第一季度的3460萬。

這包括一個持續的增長，每個季度都有比前一個季度有更多的加密貨幣錢包。而Blockchain.com的詳細圖表也證實了這一趨勢。從2013年初起的整個期間，出現了兩次明顯的峰值。第一次發生在2017年11月下旬到2018年1月底之間，當時錢包數量增加了250萬。第二次從今年4月開始，自4月初以來已有近200萬新用戶。

The data shows that the number of global blockchain wallet users has jumped from less than 6.7 million in the first quarter of 2016 to 34.6 million in the first quarter of 2019. This includes a continuous increase, with more cryptocurrency wallets each quarter than in the previous quarter. A detailed chart of Blockchain.com confirms this trend. There have been two distinct peaks throughout the period from the beginning of 2013. The first time occurred between late November 2017 and the end of January 2018, when the number of wallets increased by 2.5 million. The second time since April this year, there have been nearly 2 million new users since the beginning of April.

1.【動態 | 日本金融廳要求虛擬貨幣交易所加強冷錢包管理 以防止內部人員存在不正當行爲】

據路透消息，據日本金融廳官員透露，金融廳要求一家虛擬貨幣交易所嚴格制定公司內部規定，用不連接互聯網的冷錢包管理虛擬貨幣。

自去年接連發生虛擬貨幣非法外流事件後，金融廳與自律監管機構向通過互聯網進行管理的客戶要求限制虛擬貨幣，並嚴格管理密鑰。

不過在減少使用熱錢包管理的虛擬貨幣，改爲冷錢包管理之後，卻出現了內部人員非法提取資金的風險。

金融廳對企業進行調查的結果顯示，部分企業沒有制定定期更換負責人等規定。

爲防止出現內部人員的不正當行爲，金融廳要求存在問題的企業進行改善。

金融廳還要求虛擬貨幣交換業協會盡快確立信息公開體系。

The results of the investigation conducted by the Financial Department on enterprises show that some enterprises have not made regulations such as regular replacement of responsible persons.

To prevent the misconduct of insiders, the Financial Services Department requires companies with problems to make improvements.

The Financial Services Department also requested the Virtual Currency Exchange Association to establish an information disclosure system as soon as possible.
