1.【Bitcluster報告：俄羅斯若使用過剩電力開採加密貨幣可獲超10億美元稅收收入】

據Bitcoin.com報導，Bitcluster的一份報告顯示，去年俄羅斯的電力盈餘達到20吉瓦，這足以為1480萬台螞蟻S9i ASIC礦機供電。報告作者稱，如果俄羅斯使用過剩電力來開採加密貨幣，那麼該國僅僅從增值稅中就將獲得700億盧布（超過10億美元）。研究人員還估計，為俄羅斯礦商建立一個加密谷只需要10億盧布（約合1500萬美元）的初始投資。

3.【聲音 | Rhythm Technologies創始人：BTC下一次減半通帳率將低於央行年目標】

據Ethereum World News消息，區塊鏈項目Rhythm Technologies創始人Alec Ziupsyns發推稱，比特幣的下一次減半將在482天後到來。目前每天開採1800枚BTC，隨著減半至900枚，通貨膨脹率將爲1.8%。但這一次，比特幣的通貨膨脹率將低於央行設定的通脹率低於2%的年目標。

4.【分析 | 多筆BTC大額轉帳流向交易所】

據Tokenview數據顯示，受市場行情波動影響，近12小時BTC出現多筆轉入交易所的大額轉帳。北京時間1月28日 22:54:02，在560490塊內有8筆500btc(共計4000 btc，約1400萬美元)轉入幣安交易所地址。

分析師Arron認爲，短時間內多筆交易同時發生，推測全部爲同一主體發起。此交易手法疑似爲幣安內部冷熱錢包資金流轉，以補充短期內流動資金不足；或爲某大鱷進場準備出手BTC,對應著近期可能會出現的價格下跌。

4. [Analysis | Multiple BTC Large Transfers to the Exchange]

According to Tokenview data, due to market fluctuations, the BTC has seen a large number of transfers to the exchange in the past 12 hours. On January 28th, Beijing time, 22:54:02, there were 8 500btc (total 4000 btc, about 14 million US dollars) in the 560,490 block and transferred to the address of the Currency Exchange.

Analyst Arron believes that multiple transactions occur simultaneously in a short period of time, presumably all initiated by the same subject. This trading method is suspected to be the capital flow of the internal hot and cold wallet of the currency, to supplement the short-term liquidity shortage; or to prepare a BTC for a predator to enter the market, corresponding to the price drop that may occur in the near future.
