1.【分析 | LEO發行主體並非Bitfinex，私募賣不掉的幣屬於Bitfinex】

交易員AlbertTheKing發文分析Bitfinex今日公佈的白皮書，有下面幾個重要解讀：

(1)白皮書沒有法律約束力；

(2)強調投資LEO有可能會虧光；

(3)白皮書中有公開BFX的利潤，但是所有數字都是未經審計的。並且，發行LEO的主體並非Bitfinex或者iFinex，而是新成立的一個公司，這麽做是BFX爲了撇清責任，日後LEO的投資者有任何問題想要起訴的話，都對BFX/iFinex起不到影響。另外新成立的公司資産有限；

(4)Bitfinex不確定能否拿回被凍結的8.5億美元；

(5)發行主體雖然定價每個token是1usdt，但是可能自行決定用不同的價格賣給不同的人；

(6)發行主體會發行10億個token，但是如果私募沒有賣光的話，剩下的token也都是BFX的，而且BFX會自行決定何時以什麽價格賣掉；

(7)白皮書對回購的期限描述並非永久，而是有條件的，回購直到no tokens are in commercial circulation（無商業流通的LEO）爲止。
