據coindesk分析，根據CoinMarketCap的數據，比特幣昨天價格高位和價格低點之間的差價所代表的每日波動率下跌了98％。許多人認爲波動性的下滑是投機泡沫離開市場的一個迹象。分析師也指出，持續的低波動期通常最終會爲大動作鋪平道路，BTC有可能突破3500至3700美元的震蕩區間。從技術指標上看，整體而言，比特幣跌破3500美元的可能性更大；若能突破3700美元，後期或有機會衝擊4000美元。

2.【動態 | 2016年操縱美國大選的俄羅斯黑客團隊開始竊取數字貨幣】

據降維安全實驗室威脅情報網絡了解，知名黑客團隊APT29(CozyBear)開始以數字貨幣用戶爲目標發動攻擊。APT29是一個來自俄羅斯的專業黑客團隊，以往主要攻擊目標爲美國非政府組織和企業，如國會智庫、媒體、軍事單位、能源行業、運輸和醫療行業等。

其最著名的事件是2016年美國大選時，通過竊取機密郵件和控制部分媒體一手炮制了“郵件門”，在一定程度上影響了美國大選。

此次降維安全實驗室收到的情報稱，APT29團隊在“海盜灣”等網站，散播惡意軟件，其主要特徵是下載的資源文件實際上是Windows快捷方式文件（.lnk)，用戶誤點後會篡改在網頁/用戶剪貼板中的數字貨幣支付地址。降低安全實驗室建議用戶在文件資源管理器中取消勾選"隱藏已知文件類型的擴展名"，避免誤點造成資産損失。

2.【Dynamics | The Russian hacking team that manipulated the US election in 2016 began to steal digital currency】

According to the threat intelligence database of the Dimensional Security Lab, the well-known hacker team APT29 (CozyBear) began to attack with digital money users as targets. APT29 is a professional hacking team from Russia. The main targets in the past were US NGOs and companies, such as the Congressional think tank, media, military units, energy industry, transportation and medical industries.

Its most famous event was the "mail door" that was used to steal the confidential mail and control some media in the US election in 2016, which affected the US election to a certain extent.

The information received by the Dimensional Security Lab said that the APT29 team spread malware on websites such as Pirate Bay. The main feature is that the downloaded resource file is actually a Windows shortcut file (.lnk). The digital currency payment address in the web page/user clipboard will be tampered with. Reducing Security Labs recommends that users uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" in File Explorer to avoid potential loss of assets.

今日有推特用戶持續質疑，V神與分布式資本合作從以太坊項目中牟利，開始V神稱正在忙著提交ETH 2.0的規範，但隨後給出了連續的回應：

(2)和分布式資本合作是爲了支持以太坊以及加密行業生態，除了真正有價值的項目，他們最終支持了我認爲不值得支持的東西；

(3)和分布式資本一起做的事主要是和他們的內部團隊交談、向他們的合作夥伴講解以太坊和加密技術、建議應該支持哪些項目、在年度會議上發言；

(4)他們爲以太坊做的事包括：在2015年購買了50萬美元的ETH以拯救基金會、通過捐贈把錢投到以太坊項目中、支持以太坊在中國的落地；

(5)我不認爲他們對Tenx（PAX）的投資是特別的，也不認爲他們投的其他不值得投的項目，對我和以太坊來說會有什麽好處，你能說出我受益的機制嗎？

通過連續對話，最後該用戶稱感謝V神的回應，並稱其他項目在遭到質疑時要嘛忽視我，要嘛會很生氣。V神則表示：我想這是我應該得到的監督。

針對推特用戶反饋有黑客在向幣安發送盜幣，趙長鵬發推特稱，剛剛檢查了下，我們已經凍結一部分資金。我不明白黑客爲什麽總是向幣安發送盜幣。社交媒體很快就會報導出來，這對他們來說是一個高風險的做法。
