據美國證券交易委員會（SEC）官網顯示，美國 SEC 的合規檢查和檢查辦公室（OCIE）公布了 2019 年的重點檢查方向，包括：

(1)負責關鍵市場基礎設施的註冊人的合規性和風險；

(2)散戶投資者的重要事項，包括老年人和退休儲蓄；

(3)FINRA 和 MSRB；

(4)數字資産；

(5)網絡安全；

(6)反洗錢計劃。

3.【動態 | 閃電網絡承載能力突破500個BTC】

據1ml.com數據顯示，閃電網絡節點和通道數量呈現持續上升趨勢。目前，支撐網絡的節點數量已經達到4783個，在過去的30天中上漲了14.04%，而通道數量目前達到15794個，在過去的30天中上漲了26.80%。閃電網絡承載能力已經突破500個BTC，目前達到個507.45BTC，相當於191萬4942美元。

3. [Dynamic | Lightning network carrying capacity exceeds 500 BTC]               

According to 1ml.com data, the number of lightning network nodes and channels continues to rise. At present, the number of nodes supporting the network has reached 4,783, which has increased by 14.04% in the past 30 days, while the number of channels has now reached 15,794, an increase of 26.80% in the past 30 days. The lightning network carrying capacity has exceeded 500 BTCs and currently reaches 507.45 BTC, equivalent to $191,494.
